1968 Fair Housing Act

We Do Business in Accordance With the Federal Fair Housing Law (The Fair Housing Amendment Act of 1988). Its primary prohibition makes it unlawful to refuse to sell, rent to, or negotiate with any person because of that person's inclusion in a protected class.

As of June 2020 - It is illegal to Discriminate Against Any Person Because of race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, age, disability, marital status, lawful source of income or familial status.

In the sale or rental of housing or residential lots
In advertising the sale or rental of housing
In the financing of housing
In the provision of real estate brokerage services
In the appraisal of housing
Blockbusting is also illegal
